A returning Marine tells what he saw and experienced in Iraq. Cpl Josh Ingram, of Arcata, CA, tells about Iraqis asking him, "What took you so long?", about painting schools, securing a hospital, and training people for security teams.

Military control of that area was turned over to an international force led by Polish troops.
