GI Coffeehouse in Iraq SSgt. Michael Romeo wanted to give the troops something that wasn't Army and wasn't Iraq.     So he built a coffeehouse. It's called the Old Hickory Cafe, serves free coffee and has thousands of channels of cable TV and music, and internet access.

Thanksgiving dinner in Iraq A National Guard group from Fayetteville, stationed in Iraq, celebrated Thanksgiving with a full-course turkey feast.     They invited local Iraqi leaders to share in the meal, returning the hospitality the Iraqis show the troops.
